The Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival has been named a Top 20 Event
by the STS Society. CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, The Food Channel, PBS and
numerous other individual filmmakers have all done documentaries
on their festival.

The annual Cajun/Creole Food and Cycling Festival featuring the
food and music that has made this part of South Louisiana famous.
This four-day, 200-mile ride is designed to be ridden at a moderate
or leisurely pace in order to absorb the Cajun/Creole culture and
food, enjoy the countryside's picture postcard views, and dance
to toe-tappin' Cajun and Zydeco music.

and avid outdoors man who also holds college degrees in Zoology
and Botany.

Louisiana. "Teche" is an Indian word that means "snake".
He is Cajun, speak French (The Cajun Language) and grew up fishing
and hunting in the swamps of Cypress Island.
